The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially
The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a restful retreat after busy days exploring the lively Old Quarter. However, the lack of a window in our room was a bit stifling.

modern facilities, essential oils throughout hotel, perfect for exploring
The windows in both rooms opened to a dusty corridor with no view!!! The elevator could use a thorough cleaning, and the bathroom grout looked worn. Consider improving the front desk payment process for more clarity!!!

The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of options. The location is perfect for visiting spots like Hoan Kiem Lake and the War Museum, making it easy to explore. Definitely recommend the spa treatments to unwind after a day out.
Despite confirming an extension, the management mixed things up and almost made us leave unexpectedly. It was a stressful situation that was not handled well.

Couple friendly space
The room was tidy, organized, and stocked with all sorts of different items. They kept our expensive bike on their hotel to ensure safety which was a very kind gesture! The buffet breakfast was great too. The staff was kind.
It wasn’t expensive, but still acceptable for what we had.

The staff truly enhanced the experience, showing genuine care from the moment of arrival with personalized greetings. Breakfast featured a delicious variety, including amazing hamburgers that were a highlight. Although the room was well-appointed, it could benefit from better soundproofing, as occasional street noise was noticeable. Additionally, clarity during the payment process could improve, as it felt somewhat confusing at times.
